Ask for a dashboard, then ask what it shows

Describe what you want to measure. Wisp, the AI in Geist, builds a dashboard on your event log, and Explain this chart puts a chart into words with the evidence behind it.

Ask for the dashboard you need, in your own words.Wisp picks a template and binds it to your event log.Every tile reads the same event log.Wisp answers only from the histogram's own evidence.
The event log draws the process as it actually ran.Conformance checks every case against the reference model.Overlay one variant to see where it leaves the model.Compare two variants side by side.Rework loops are marked in the trace, with the time they cost.
AI dashboards

A dashboard from one sentence

Ask for an order-to-cash cycle-time dashboard, and Wisp lays it out on your event log: key figures, cycle time distribution, throughput, bottlenecks and a department breakdown. Each chart carries key insights computed from the data.

  • Eight end-to-end templates, from order-to-cash to procure-to-pay
  • Share a dashboard, present it or print it

Process mining

See how the process actually runs

The same event log draws the process as it ran. Conformance checks each case against your BPMN model, and the variant explorer compares the paths cases took, with rework loops marked.

AI actions

From a finding to a change

Run optimization on a process to get measured bottlenecks, automation candidates and handover friction from the same log. The report changes nothing in the model until you act on it.

How AI actions work
AI actions open on the process in front of you.Run optimization reads the active event log, not just the diagram. Each finding names the step, its measured time and what to check first. The report changes nothing in the model. What to act on is your call.
How it works

From an event log to a shared dashboard

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Import an event log as CSV or XES. Without one, each template shows how to export it from SAP or Oracle.

  2. Step 2

    Build

Ask Wisp for a dashboard, or start from a template. A template binds itself when exactly one log matches.

  3. Step 3

    Read

Every chart lists its key insights. Explain this chart answers from the numbers behind it.

  4. Step 4

    Share

Share dashboards in your organization, compare published versions, present or print them.

FAQ

Questions about analytics

Where does the data come from?

From event logs you import as CSV or XES, with one row per event: a case ID, an activity and a timestamp. Dashboards read the same logs as process mining.

Can the AI invent numbers?

The numbers are computed on the server from the log, including the key insights. Wisp picks and arranges charts and explains them, and each explanation is tied to the chart's evidence.

Which templates are included?

Eight end-to-end templates: O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, P2F, I2R, A2D and I2M. Each comes with headline measures and a department breakdown.

Who sees the data behind a shared dashboard?

Sharing a dashboard does not widen access to the data behind its charts. Department breakdowns hide groups too small to show without identifying people.

Which languages work?

English and German, including chart insights and explanations.
