Org & governance
Organisation structure, ownership, membership and permissions: who owns what, and who may change it.
This page defines a category, not the evaluated scope of a release. See the release coverage for capabilities actually assessed. All categories
Systems and records
- An organisation map of units, owners and relationships
- Members, roles and permissions
- Proposals, reviews and the audit record of changes
What the tasks involve
- Update an organisation entity or relationship, such as an owner or a reporting line
- Act within role permissions: make allowed changes, route others to review, decline what the role may not do
- Answer questions about ownership and structure from the records
Roles and handoffs
This category tests role boundaries directly. The same request can have a different correct outcome for a role that may write, a role that must propose, and a role that may only read.
What a correct outcome means
Permitted changes are saved, changes that need review exist as proposals with saved state unchanged, and refused requests leave everything as it was.
How it is checked
The checker reads stored state and the audit record. A proposal counts only if it exists before any acceptance while saved state stays unchanged; a preview message alone does not count.
What this category does not test
- Whether an organisation design is good
- Legal or compliance judgement
- People data about real individuals
